Genny Wolf
Genny Wolf is a 5th generation resident of Williamson County. After graduating from Texas State she pursued a career in the health service sector gaining great customer service knowledge. Genny then became a real estate transaction coordinator which in turn led to her earning her real estate license and beginning to serve the residents of Williamson County and the surrounding area.
Courtney Grant
Courtney is a lifelong Georgetownite passionate about serving clients in the central Texas area. She is a third generation realtor with local expertise and community involvement. Courtney loves spending time outside with her husband Bret, exploring new restaurants and cities around Texas.
Charis Morrison
Texas native, Charis, has been happily calling the Austin area home since 2004. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas State University, with a degree in Education, she taught in many classrooms and served as a school administrator for several years. Through these experiences, her passion for helping and really listening to others grew. She then decided to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps and joined the wonderful world of real estate.
Amy Scoggins
A native Texan and Texas A&M graduate, leverages her 25 years of real estate expertise to help individuals find their dream homes in the Williamson County area. With a passion for connecting people with the perfect property, Amy is committed to guiding her clients through the buying and selling process.
Gracie Wolfman
Gracie, a Texan from Georgetown with a marketing degree from Catawba College, excels at creating social media content, marketing plans, and providing realtor support. Her background as a lacrosse player emphasizes teamwork, a trait she brings to the Wolf Real Estate Team. Gracie goes above and beyond for her clients and enjoys coaching lacrosse and spending time outdoors with loved ones.
Sylvia Ortega Praesel
Sylvia is a Hilltopper! After graduating from St. Edward’s University, Sylvia developed a strong background in legislative, public policy and law while working at the Texas Legislature for six years. After earning her Masters in Legal Studies, she started her own consulting company offering business and government relations services working on diverse projects. As a former landlord and property investor, she joined Wolf Real Estate as part of continuing her interest in real estate and property management.
Kimberly Wolfman
Kimberly is an experienced real estate professional based in Georgetown, servicing Williamson and Travis County. Kimberly puts the relationship first. She doesn’t have clients; she has family and friends. Her most cherished accomplishments are her five highly successful children and four beautiful grandbabies. Kimberly, a Texas Longhorn, has over twenty-five years of advertising and marketing experience that has driven her to be a top producer in the Real Estate market. She is a Graduate of Real Estate Institute and a Veteran Land Board Specialist.
